Animal damage found after roof inspection

Building owner called us after tenant heard strange noises coming from the roof

Apparently squirrels or other critters tried getting into the attic

Rains are expected tonight so we had to act quickly to prevent water damag.

Our repairs are permanent,but a diligent roof assessment needs to done .

We removed the damaged flashing and applied a self sealing roofing membrane instead of regular felt paper.

A tight fit around all roof protrusions ensures a watertight seal.definitely crucial .


 A high quality urethane based caulk its used at the base even if the soft flashing gets damaged again this will not leak even under adverse weather.
