Roof maintenance and coating application

Supervisor and security system.

Homeowner was worried about the over all condition of her roof,and wants to extend its serviceable life.

Low spots on the roof,water tends to sit and causes extreme.wear and tear.

Several permanent patches were placed on different areas of the roof,mainly over faulty,cracked open seams.these are permanent.as long as they're applied properly by a trained professional.

Deck was pressured washed while onsite,rain was expected.

Siding was removed to apply a waterproofing membrane.

Another areas of concern.this is an old roof ,we applied patches were most needed.
Again.these are permanent and compatible with the existing material.

Special attention was placed on all roof protrusions.
This soil stack pipe was reflashed as seen here.

New siding was installed after a waterprofing membrane was placed on the walls,this will prevent wind driven rain from getting into the stairway area

Pressure washed the deck.before staining and waterproofing also.

All coping stones were sealed at the joints.
This will prevent water from coming in at the top of the parapet walls

All detail work was done and all vents were sealed at the base with urethane based caulk.
Prior to thr coating application.

Patches were applied close to the gutter edge,these were two buildings and two separate roofs owned by the same person

All a/c units were checked to make sure the base was not making any punctures on the roofing membrane.
Extreme vibration will cause damage when the units are not sitting on a plastic base on a mat.
