Building manager called us.head engineer was checking the roof and found large openings on the roof's membrane,next to large drain. |
Torched down a permanent patch over the affected area,initially the loose portion is fused together. Primed and sealed. |
The roof drain happens to be the lowest point.immediately we checked the rest of the drains and found openings on three more.some more severe than others |
Very large roof.heavy rains are expected tonight,this would have been disastrous .one roof drain alone handles massive amounts of water. |
