multi unit,multiple roof leaks

Large roof with multiple leaks,over 500 sq ft of modified were used to permanently patch seams.

Angle changes from roof to wall tend to split open,here we found visible gaps ,we applied a piece of material to permanently seal all these openings.

We then coated all of our patches with silver fibered roof coating.

A lot of these leaks were identified and marked after we checked the inside of the building.we then proceeded to apply a new piece of material and coated as seen.

All of these  patches were applied over openings marked after a diligent search of all the active leaks

taking advantage of semi dry weather,snow expected tomorrow
