Flat roof (coal tar pitch and gravel)



Roof pretty much under water,it had rained the previous night,this roof lacks pitch for proper drainage,it holds a lot of water,possibility of debri clogging up drains,scupper boxes,and faulty wall flashings, a roof like this needs a lot of yearly maintenance to stop it from leaking massively until replacement  its done.
